Bill...If the owner of said Big Boy can get the drivers loose, then it
should be a slam dunk to use a NWSL wheel puller tool to regauge the
wheels to the "new" NASG standards. Just twist the handle and wheels
move out. No need for a steam loco doctor to do that. It could be
