There is also a bulkhead conversion kit; not sure if that was a separate item or came with the original kit. According to a V&T Shops instruction sheet, here is the proto info on these flats. Class F-10-7 53' 6" built in 1949 and 1950 original series #140500-142549 (2050 cars) as some cars were converted to bulkheads, they were renumbered.
