The preassembled HO Sergents have been an overwhelming success among those
inclined to use a pretty much totally manual scale sized coupler. Folks with
assembly issues before, have been pleased with the ease of use (RTR) and
reliability. I don't see why making a larger coupler should do anything but
improve on their success. The S Sergent is the perfect size for On2 and was
quite popular for that use. I know Trevor Marshall changed to the HO version
(too small) because it was much easir to set up and use.

gear or mounting box? What will be the price per pair?
I'd buy some if they meet my user friendliness criteria, I like the
Sergent concept but the execution has been poor so far. Probably the
ideal solution would be for Sergent to ink a deal with KD to make the
couplers to take advantage of their experience and quality control.
