As of Friday, Oct. 1st, 2010, the following locomotive assignments are in
effect on SHABBONA RR's 2nd District.
RS-3 #37 will work East in consist on the next #252 to Mooar Yard where it will
replace RS-1 #33, as the Mooar Yard switch engine. #33 will work in consist
back to Terminal District on #251.
Boiler-equipped RS-2 #34, which has been the assigned power on the Midday Mail
trains, #'s 3 & 4, will replace boiler-equipped (for coach yard switching) RS-1
#30 as the Terminal District switch engine. Dual purpose F7A #19 and
boiler-equipped F7B #19A will be the assigned power for #'s 3 & 4.
In serviceable storage are F2A #09A, F7B #15A, and F7A #18L. To be sidelined
for inspection and repairs are RS-1's #30 & 33, and RS-3 #35. All other
locomotive assignments remain unchanged.
