Let's see.  Iron Rail Models has a special run of tank car accident cars.  That 
one needs the sounds of the emergency response including sirens and helicopters 
beating the air overhead.  I wonder what the radio chatter would be?  Railroad 
chatter, police chatter, fire department chatter, ambulance chatter.  And what 
about visual effects of a gas plume?  Now you need toxic cloud fluid to 
recharge the car when it runs out.
