hey bob, the reason you don't hear ethanol or any other liquid sloshing around 
in tank cars, as opposed to in my glass whilw sitting at tne computer, is the 
fra requirement that all tank cars travel either completely full or completely 
empty. before a rr takes a car, the shipper provides an 'outage table' proving 
this. the law is to prevent just what you think, movement leading to 
derailments, etc. dale
