Neither did I until the State of California demanded coverage.  In desperation, 
I asked the NASG Convention Coordinator (Lee Johnson at the time) and he 
educated me.

I don't know what it means.  You might ask your NASG Regional Western VP about 
that.  He should have the answers.

Do you really expect me to know everything?  ("S"miles)  I don't have the 
faintest idea.
