Hi Bob, I think there's two factions to consider. 1st is the true AF collector
and runner who should stick with AF track as the track is part of the original
experience. 2nd is the high rail S guy who is kinda in the no man's land
between flyer and S scale and who might be inclined to use a more modern track.
I don't see the flyer guys ever thinking like scale modelers since they are not
in the hobby of model railroading as much as they are in the hobby of toy train
collecting and running. The high rail guys might have a chance to go scale some
day if they stick with it long enough. ..DaveBranum
