OK who is running the new Lionel Engines with sound in DCC with out removing
the sound units?
Someone come foreward.
Do all sounds work in DC operation?
Tell us how you can take it out of the box and run it as is?
For $500 it should work. If you have to add a lot of time and money to make it
work who is going to buy it?
Everyone talks about what Lionel may do, that is not the same as what they
offer now.
I asked for help 3 months ago and no one showed me how to do it.
I gave up.
I have installed a DCC sound system to AM engines, but can't get smoke or
automatic uncoupling yet.
My next test is to try and add Mikes HO coupler which is S size and O smoke
unit.
Now how can we add another sound unit for talking?
AM has scale wheels and is set up for DC operation already.
Mike could use his DCC HO system and jump ahead of Lionel and keep the cost
down.
