Yes, Pennsy had 6. They were classified HH1 and lasted to at least 1950, 
meaning I could use one. :)

I couldn't find out about it on Lionel site (which is poor IMO) so I stopped by 
the local hobby store and they had an 2012 AF catalog. The Y3 was on the first 
two pages with MSRP of $999.

I like the idea of pestering Lionel about scale wheels. On the back of the 
catalog, their contact info is 586-949-4100 or talktous AT lionel.com

I plan dropping them a note.
