I think you guys are confusing cabeese.  The 630/930 Flyer caboose is a good 
model of the USRA caboose as used by the Reading and others.

I bielieve John is asking about the other Flyer caboose, which has both a full 
"streamlined" cupola AND a full bay window.

The answer as to if there was a prototype for that one is no.  

Sort of.  At least not in the exact Flyer configuration.

I recall seeing a photo of a wood cupola caboose (don't recall which road) that 
had a very small bay window added.  I also recall the Penn Central (I think) 
cutting down, but not removing the cupola on an ex-new Haven caboose and adding 
a small bay window to it.
