Rich and Roy have it nailed, The classic center cupola Flyer caboose is a common "North Easter" caboose used by Reading, LV, L&NE, CNJ, WM and a bunch of others second hand. RMC published a multi-part series on these prototypes back in 1982.
There probably is no prototype for the bay window/streamlined cupola AF caboose. Saying that assures someone finds one... The MP cars are wood sided and don't have the streamlined cupola. Wabash, Ann Arbor and PRR have streamlined cupola cars, but not with bay windows. PC did blank the cupola windows in some ex-New Haven cars and add a small bay. The Flyer car is best as a free-lance model, or maybe fit it with a more standard cupola.
