For any dealer selling MTH S gauge products. Is MTH going to include scale wheels with their locos and rolling stock as did SHS? If not, do they have a policy where the hi-rail wheels can be sent to them, or through a dealer, in exchange for scale wheels? Or, when ordering through a dealer, can one specify which style wheel set they prefer? Seems ridiculous to have to purchase an item with hi-rail wheels and have the additional burden of having to purchase scale wheels. Yeah, I know, there might be someone on the list that will swap. Big deal.....but that’s beside the point! You should be able to get scale wheels vs. hi-rail wheels at time of purchase without having to go through additional gyrations! Talked to a lady at MTH, but she didn’t give me a warm fuzzy feeling at having the answer to the “swap” or “order” idea.
