After having a very successful S-West III in Coeur d'Alene, ID in 1998, I'm
pleased to announce that the fourth Western regional S convention (S-West
IV) will be held in Stockton, CA on October 24-26 (Thursday evening thru
Saturday) at the Stockton Inn (Best Western) hotel. There will be dealer
and manufacturer tables along with scale and hi-rail modular layouts, a
large scale layout, a large scale/hi-rail layout, and a AF/hi-rail layout
