There are really inexpensive starter sets available...At under 150.00 with a nice steam engine, 2 or 3 cars, track, etc....Many times these sets go for under 100.00 so there is room for profit if you want....See the auctions for older Atlantic sets...get one..clean it a little....take them to the next show...sell them out...Ron Leventon used to sell starter sets like this for 75.00....We all have boxes of stuff with small chips and scratches....Sell them as used to the kids to start...who knows in the future the values might go up for them....As for K line I have nice Diesel sets...factory boxed...I will sell for 125.00..Mth has sets under 200...Bob Conner
