<< In the new design there were two yokes. One held the field to the motor
chassis, and another , which pivoted vertically , held the motor to the loco
chassis. If the correct bottom is in the 3 digit loco, it should have double
yoke motors in it. All 5 digit models had the double yoke motor. >>

I own a 3 digit sample with the pivoting yoke, as Tom says, and most do. But
I also have a very early version ("mint") which is fitted with the rigid
brass yoke (It's so early, it wasn't fitted with Diesel Roar). Be sure to
check this aspect of the power trucks out if it matters to you.
