The AM trackage is just like H0 to work with
Yeah, and stuff derails on it just like HO if things aren't gauged
perfectly. I have had a ton of scale guys come up to me at shows asking me
how I ballasted my track so well. I tell them," very carefully", and then
show them a sample. They all drool. Just my observations. Also, our club runs
on AM track in the yards and two mainlines. problems all the time. And these
guys are good. They added a third rail with a combo of AF track,Gargraves
track, and even some of that new American something track. Haven't had one
problem on that either. Like I said in an earlier post today, I run on SHS
track and don't have derailments. Sometimes I hear a derailed wheel when the
kids knock them off the track, and the train is running with wheels off the
track. The rest off the Industry should all change to SHS track.( Just a
small joke there, don't go berserk} Enough from me today.
