Dear Sage-Combinat devs in France and Québec,
I submitted this morning the ANR grant pre-proposal ``Mutualized
software development for research in combinatorics and beyond''. Thank
you to all who contributed! We should get an answer in a few
months. If the preproposal is accepted the next round will be in late
winter, and I'll ask you again for contributions for the long version
of the proposal.

It turns out that the deadline was postponed until Friday, so it's
still open for cosmetic changes. In particular, if you sent me some
text, please review what it became: given the very small amount of
space, I did some drastic cuts and you might have ideas on how to
better express your point in the same amount of space.
