Thanks, I suppose your kernel version 2.6.24-19-generic kind of gives it away, since it doesn't have a 'amd64' in its name. In any case, I know why the doctest fails, it just behaves differential on 32-bit systems than on 64-bit systems, i.e. the hash is different depending on the platform.
