Now I am embarrassed; I should have better things to do that to look for my own name in lists; in this case the only "problem" was not to notice the rather obvious fact that the list was ordered alphabetically by first, not last name. I thought you had left me out but you had not. I was going to reply to Minh off-list, but I may as well apologise in public! I'll go and review a patch as my penance.
