As an upgrade it built fine and testing gave:

The following tests failed:

sage -t  devel/sage/sage/interfaces/r.py # 1 doctests failed
sage -t  devel/sage/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/ell_rational_field.py
# 0 doctests failed
sage -t  devel/sage/sage/graphs/graph.py # 0 doctests failed

These all passed when run individually.

I'm trying another build from source right now.
