Amazingly, University of Washington has >= 1 postdoc jobs starting in
2011. It's a very competitive position, and pays pretty well.

This is relevant to Sage, since tons of Sage development goes on at
Univ of Washington, and wide range of faculty there might be
interested in supporting a good candidate who is also versed in Sage
development. (You definitely would not have to be in number theory,
though that wouldn't hurt.)
