Thomas: What is your goal here? To have codecan included standard in Sage or as an optional package or as an experimental package? I ask because it seems you have installed everything in local/lib/python2.7/site-packages. Unless I am mistaken (and I easily could be) that is an unusual location for a standard package. For you have a paper or webpage that explains all the functionality or your package? Thanks again, David
