Ah ok, so the Telephony has been a requirement for while then. Perhaps something else changed recently? With 6.1.2199 and Telephony set to autostart, Salive fails to start on bootup unless the dependency for Telephony is added. My guess is that Salive is attempting to start before Telephony has finished.
