Hi dirk, I have noticed since upgrading to v6.1.2221, the sms alerts have been inconsistent. The recipients of the alerts complain they don't receive any sms alerts when a server goes DOWN. I have checked the logs and it appears to confirm the complaints. However, when I do a test it works, we do receive the "012345689" message. I am UK based and One2One is the provider and the SMSC number I use is 07958879889. My settings are as follows:
