If you are having false alerts then you need to reevaluate your criteria. You can look into using the extended info should not contain option to eliminate the occasional servers alive glitch. Also I often alert only on the second failure. This still alerts me before I receive any calls. My installation is fairly solid. I occasionally have issues with my server being too slow or the communications being slow. This may send me a couple of "false" reports but then I know there is an issue elsewhere. I would hate to see you abandon such a wonderful tool.

Just curious if I am the only one. Had the product over a year now installed on 3 different machines and itâs never been a solid performer. I would say over 50% of our alerts over the last year have been false. I am running out of excuses to give to my director for the product. Is it solid for you guys? If so, is there some magic combo of hardware, os / patch level, etc..... Need some help here or I think I am going to just have to abandon the product.
