[sambar] need help for sambar6.0

hy, im new to sambar 6.0 :) and new to newsgroups,

im using sambar6.0 freeware and winXP and connectet trough T-online 
T-DSL flat,

my question: why cant no one view my webpage through i-net, i can view 
it through LAN, how can i use some name like "www.monk.de" or sompthing?
