Dave,

I checked my log directory in v5.3 for a smtp log but have none. So,
I went to the config.ini and mail.ini files to look for a switch to
turn on smtp logging. There were no switches. Is there a line
command I can add to a config file to start smtp logging? I'd like
to monitor the performance of the blacklist sites I currently use. I
remember using one with the alpha string dnbls in the name.
Recently, I read it went offline and had to drop it. Logging would
have notified me that I was wasting bandwidth checking this dead
blacklist site. By the way, I use:

spam.dnsrbl.net
bl.spamcop.net
blackholes.easynet.nl
proxies.blackholes.easynet.nl

Without them I get 300+ messages a day, with the blacklist lookup I
get 50 or less. They seem to work well with no other filters.

Steve
