Even though we use it on our  Unix systems, I wouldn't recommend
BIND to anyone, not farmiliar with security and/or DNS.

It's developed by the ISC and has a lot of security issues in it's legacy
coding. They're working on it, but it's on the SANS list of recommended
chrooted applications - meaning, you should run it in a 'dummy' environment.
Since Windows doesn't have that capability (or when it has, it's not
easily created), it's a risk running this on your system.

As of BIND 8.x the windows port is also not officially supported anymore.
