| Duties & Responsibilites : | Business Analyst:
Manages small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution
Senior: (5 years – 7 years)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with users to collect and document business requirements and use cases;
2. Work with developers on analysis and logical design;
3. Perform unit and regression testing and work closely with users;
4. Assist with responding to data requests.
5. Compile status reports, schedules and requests from management
6. Work under the direction of the Project Manager & Technical Lead.
Skills required
5 years experience facilitating meeting with users to identify & gather business requirements
5 years experience documenting functional requirement, business rules & complex security requirements
5 years experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit & regression testing.
3 years experience writing technical/business specifications for complex PowerBuilder applications.
4 years experience leading User Acceptance Testing & communicating bugs to technical staff
Associates Degree is required |
