The following qualities are required:
-Good leadership qualities and experience working with teams
-Good written and oral communication skills in order to work with local and offsite team members
-Experience working with web applications which means experience with HTML, _javascript_, and css
-Experience working with multi-tier and multi-user enterprise software
-Ability to write and understand SQL
Experience with the following items are highly desirable:
-3rd party _javascript_ tools such as dojo or jQuery
-Microsoft Enterprise Library
-Microsoft MVC
-Oracle
-Agile development process
