I've went ahead skipped the PayPal Sandbox and instead simply did what @bkroeze did and tried to validate that the PayPal callback does work and the order gets marked "New". On first attempt my stock was *not* adjusted. Of course, my Payment Status is set at Unclaimed (this is b/c I'm having someone else do the seller end of the PayPal). Could this be why it hasn't adjusted the stock yet, or will the stock be adjusted once someone buys it, regardless if the seller has accepted the payment. A part of me says that I'll need to wait until the payment is accepted but not 100% sure on that.
