So, even when signing up for these Personal and Business fake accounts, you don't need to give them any type of real banking info in order for the account to be verified? I deleted my other fake accounts and started a new one. The business was verified easily with fake info but my personal account is not being verified because it's saying i need to provide my banking account info *after I see 2 deposits in my account*. Of course, they still aren't there. :/ The Sandbox does seems to add another layer of confusion to the problem, that's for sure :D
I might try and do a real paypal transaction tomorrow morning (for one cent, like @bkroeze suggested) to see if it works as well. I'll let you know if it works...
