Hi Allan, I had issues with paypal developer site on Friday I had to create a new gmail account just for the purpose.
It also killed 2 of my test accounts - something is wrong with the password reset function so I now try to avoid that. As for the paypal address thing have a read of this: https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_additional-payment-ref-impl1 And yes you can get feedback of the shipping and billing stuff from the IPN post back or you read it from paypal when using express checkout...
