twjackson try to use the latest django-livesettings 1.4.11. I have fixed many problems in livesettings since Satchmo 0.9.1.
e.g. by pip install --upgrade https://bitbucket.org/bkroeze/django-livesettings Do you see the wrong old values in the browser on http://your.site/settings/ with the newest livesettings installed?
