Follow-up Comment #25, task #2874 (project savane):
I still think there should be something like <code> HTML tag. Tags like
<font>, <b> etc. are deprecated in HTML because they are purely
presentational and carry no semantic meaning, unlike <code>.
You could also have <pre> analogue like in MediaWiki: if a line starts with a
space, whitespace is honored in it. This is quite convenient, but on the
downside, can be pretty surprising to an unaware user.
