Details:
I noticed the change from a stupid locking mechanism to flock made in
sv_groups and sv_users.
I must say I largelly prefer using File::Temp, the relevant perl module for
this, instead of dealing with race conditions and all.
I don't know why sv_users and sv_groups was not using File::Temp already
implemented in sv_aliases and sv_mailman for bug #2852
