Follow-up Comment #1, bug #6880 (project savane):
Hum, seems that the File::Temp was removed in sv_mailman in favor of the
version prone to race conditions and symlinks attacks: not very happy that
this has not been discussed and that no task or bug report seems to explain
this change.
