Follow-up Comment #8:

1. Open /etc/savannah/savannah.conf.pl with a text editor, search for the
string @topos and put a \ before the @ (would then be "[EMAIL PROTECTED]").

Then run sv_update_conf (or do a "make update-conf")

2. Open your httpd conf, at the line 
  # Necessary with apache2: AcceptPathInfo On
remove the "# Necessary with apache2:" to let the AcceptPathInfo on
instruction.
