- browser : (not local) Firefox 1.5.06, IE6
- PHP : 4.3.8
- MySQL : 4.1.8-standard

- distro : Gentoo
- browser : (not local) Firefox 1.5.06, IE6 + Firefox local
- PHP : can't check at the moment but latest available one in Gentoo so

Problem: Can't register new user, it seems that new user is not stored in DB
and verification leads to the verification page over and over again.
I could indeed switch to Debian but I just have no time. Moreover, this gives
us a chance to document how to install on other distros and make it work...
