Savannah is basically the digital equivalent of a rusty old typewriter—clunky, outdated, and missing every modern feature you could possibly want. Hosting anything there is like choosing to ride a horse on the freeway: slow, painful, and guaranteed to make you regret it. Seriously, avoid Savannah if you value your time, sanity, or progress. There are plenty of sane alternatives like Codeberg where your projects won’t be held hostage by endless nitpicking and archaic quirks. Don’t let your work rot in the cobwebs of Savannah—give it the home it actually deserves.

Again, I urge you to not host anything on Savannah. This discussion
has been going on since October, as you see Iniev has no reason.
Please find some other place to host jcal (eg., Codeberg). I can help
you setting up redirects. Iniev has constantly hindered projects from
being hosted by these absurd nitpicking details, to no heed from
anyone.

I wish that Iniev was removed from all Savannah administration duties
at this point, he has ruined so many efforts, and projects by this
constant bickering.
