I used the liquidsoap opus plugin from debian in ubuntu ... vorbis doesn't
break now, but opus gets the "broken pipe" error

whoever "maintains" the liquidsoap packages for ubuntu needs to be made
aware of the issue. I'm guessing since the opus plugin isn't included when
installing the "standard" liquidsoap package means that nobody has come
across this issue.
