What's broken is a matter of opinion
Opus/Vorbis both work in the windows32 1.1.1 release
Ubuntu package:
Opus/Vorbis both fail to stream to icecast - error = Ogg.Not_enough_data!
Opus/Vorbis both fail to output to a file - error = Ogg.Not_enough_data!
My own compiled version:
Vorbis works, both streaming to icecast and output to file if I compile
from source in Ubuntu
Opus works when output to file
Opus fails when output to icecast - Error while sending data: could not
write data to host: Broken pipe in write()!
What is actually broken is not clear
