Hi Conrad, In addition to this, be sure to take a look at the "Orchestration Log" Tab in the Scalr UI to see if any of the orchestration scripts are failing. Also, take a look at the tutorial troubleshooting <https://scalr-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/display/docs/Troubleshooting+Puppet+Integration> page for other info specific to issues with the Puppet Tutorial. Let us know if you have any troubles with any of this or gathering the previously suggested logs.
