I have compared the NAG code with the Informant code. This looks like:

14 \wbetter White stands slightly better
$15 \bbetter Black stands slightly better
$16 \wupperhand White has the upper hand
$17 \bupperhand Black has the upper hand
$18 \wdecisive White has a decisive advantage
$19 \bdecisive Black has a decisive advantage
$11 \equal even
$13 \unclear unclear
$44 \compensation with compensation for the material
$35 \devadvantage development advantage
$26 \moreroom greater board room
$40 \withattack with attack
$36 \withinit with initiative
$132 \counterplay with counter-play
$22 \zugzwang zugzwang
n.a. \mate mate
$140 \withidea with the idea
$8 \onlymove only move
$142 \betteris better is
$149 \file file
$150 \diagonal diagonal
$50 \centre center
$58 \kside King's side
$62 \qside Queen's side
$147 \weakpt weak point
$148 \ending ending
$151 \bishoppair pair of bishops
$153 \opposbishops bishops of opposite color
$154 \samebishops bishops of the same color
$193 \unitedpawns united pawns
$192 \seppawns separated pawns
$192 \doublepawns double pawns
n.a. \passedpawn passed pawn
n.a. \morepawns advantage in number of pawns
$136 \timelimt time
$146 \novelty novelty
$145 \comment editorial comment
$144 \various various moves
n.a. \with with
n.a. \without without
$190 \etc etc.
n.a. \see see

Where there is no NAG code a 'n.a.' is filled in.
I have grepped the source tree of SCID but couldnt find the place where the
translastion should be done.

I have also include the symbols.pdf for showing the results.
