So there are 2 options here :

1 . run engines with nice = 5 by default, and pressing the set priority
button will go down to nice 15 (the current value). This is for Linux,
Windows remains unchanged.
2. Make an option menu "run engines at low priority"

If 1/ is chosen, I will do it. If 2/ is chosen, you understood i am bored
with Scid's options, and somebody else will have to do it ;-)
