Indeed, under the 3.7 Win version, I could not copy paste as I used to.

But your comment made me do some tests : it seems that I can, when I
select the PGN representation of a game in the PGN window, the
left-click must be kept pressed for the text to be selected, .  That
is, the selection does not stay fixed : it disappears when I stop
pressing the left-click or when I move the mouse.  So that means I
can't right-click : I must use CTRL-C.

The behaviour is strange, but I found enough workarounds.  Still, it's
a bit strange.  I would not say it's annoying.  Just strange, when we
compare this behaviour with text editors.
