I have incorporated all my ideas into the proposal. There are now few more learning algorithms. I have added delta-bar-delta, rprop and stochastic gradient L-M. I have also added more loss functions and of course the momentum term and polyak's averaging. I think it will be a busy summer. I have been working on fixing some issues and getting to know the source-code in past few days. I hope I've proved that I won't have any problems with working on such a big project and will be able to get things done.
