SciTE 1.74 .49Ru based on version SciTE 1.74 and have many features:
[*] Possibility of creation submenu in Tools menu.
[*] Individual flexible context menu for editor, output and tabbar.
You can setup each command and you can create submenus there!
[*] Completely adjustable toolbar.
[*] You can move tab to another place in list by menu command, by shortcut
or by mouse.
[*] SciTE can automatically save the current settings in file.
[*] and more...
All the modifications and addons are clearly conspicuous in source code, so
everybody can reuse it.

The Installation is in Russian language, but then you delete the
locale.properties file from the SciTE directory you'll get an English interface.
