>Trying to decide between Koni yellow and Tokico illuminas.
--The Tokicos are softer on their softest setting than the Konis at their
softest setting, which may be a deciding factor for you. For a street car
that will only occasionally see an open track event, the Tokicos tend to be
the choice for my customers. On the track, the Konis will respond to bumps
faster and more accurately. The Konis are about $100 more expensive than
the Tokicos.

>Would the Griggs coil-over setup be preferable for a daily driver
>instead of the springs?
--Totally! You'll have a smoother ride, better handling, and faster
reaction to bumps. The rear coil-over kit uses a Koni NASCAR coil-over
shock, so if you wanted to do the rear coil-over, I'd recommend Konis in
front as well. If you wanted just the front coil-over kit, Tokicos all
around with a standard-type rear spring would be the ticket. Beware of
soft (<200lb.) rear springs. Our standard rear spring is 300 lb. and rides
extremely nicely. We haven't had any complaints.

>Would the MM plates be necessary for a daily driver?
--Adding them is the only way to dial in a precise alignment. The factory
plates are _very_ limited in their range of adjustment. With the MM
plates, you can go from mild to wild, alignment-wise.
